Delivery Policy

Items such as gift vouchers ordered via the telephone or the web site will be dispatched by post or courier, you can expect delivery within 7 working days of order.

Refunds, Replacements and Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order with xpoza you must inform us immediately by phone or email, due to the nature of our products we can only issue refunds before production has begun, after we have begun production we cannot offer a refund.

If you are unhappy with canvas or print products we have produced for you, please return them to us within 14 working days, un-mounted and in the original packaging. We can then issue a replacement within 30 days.

Production

Print and Canvas orders take up to 14 working days to produce, Framed prints require 21 working days for full production.

Studio Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1) Vouchers are valid for three months from Date of Issue. Vouchers purchased as gifts must be registered within one month and are then valid for three months from registration.

2) Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher and is not redeemable for cash or any other goods and may only be used as described.

3) Voucher may not be used to purchase images from a previous session.

4) Voucher is for a full family photography session.

5) Voucher is not transferable.

6) Session valued at £25.

7) One voucher per family unit per year.

8) The dates and times available for your photographic session in conjunction with this voucher are Monday-Friday but may vary at the discretion of the studio.
